PT Fajar Bintang is looking for a dedicated Assistant Kitchen Crew to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and providing excellent culinary services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Prepare and serve food to customers in a timely and efficient manner.,Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Assist in training new kitchen staff.,Participate in kitchen maintenance and equipment upkeep.,Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Basic cooking skills and knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
