PRIMA Jaya is seeking a dynamic and passionate Assistant Learning Development to join our team in Canggu. You will be responsible for supporting the Learning and Development Manager in creating and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of training programs and initiatives.,Support the Learning and Development Manager in managing training budgets and resources.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure the successful delivery of training programs.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs to measure their effectiveness.,Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team.,Assist in the development and maintenance of learning materials and resources.,Support the Learning and Development Manager in managing training schedules and calendars.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee development plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a learning and development or training role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Passionate about learning and development and committed to continuous improvement.
