📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic planning and execution.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to foster long-term business partnerships.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients, highlighting the value of our products/services.,Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business opportunities.,Monitor and track sales performance, providing regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand our business network.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the retail or e-commerce industry is a plus.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel is a plus.
