📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the expectations of our guests.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the banquet area.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure their needs are met throughout the event.
  • Work closely with the Head Banquet Staff to ensure all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
  • Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages during banquet events.
  • Handle any guest queries or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet areas, ensuring they are ready for the next event.
  • Keep accurate records of all banquet events and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Familiarity with using POS systems and other hospitality software.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20kg.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Valid ID card and work permit.
