📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.,Manage employee performance reviews and development programs.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Coordinate with management to address HR-related issues and concerns.,Conduct regular audits of HR processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment, training, and employee relations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
