📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement tourism strategies to enhance the region's appeal and boost visitor numbers.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the tourism industry.
  • Collaborate with local stakeholders, government agencies, and international partners to drive tourism growth and sustainability.
  • Oversee the development and management of tourism infrastructure and facilities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of tourism initiatives and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
  • Represent BDTB in national and international tourism forums and events.
  • Promote Bangka Belitung as a premier tourism destination through marketing and promotional activities.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in tourism development, strategic planning, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing tourism strategies.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence others.
  • Proficiency in English and local language (Indonesian).
  • Familiarity with tourism industry trends, best practices, and technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
