This role is crucial in supporting the finance department with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance or related fields, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and processing of financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and payment records.,Maintain and update financial records and databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.,Support the finance team in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.,Handle administrative tasks related to payroll processing and employee benefits.,Assist in the coordination of financial audits and internal controls.,Provide administrative support to the finance manager and other department heads as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to financial administration.,Assist in the organization and filing of financial documents and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a finance or administrative role.,Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.
