In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing financial analysis to support business decisions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial activities, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Monitor and manage the company's budget and forecasting processes.,Prepare and present financial statements to the board of directors and other stakeholders.,Identify and recommend opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and IFRS is a plus.
