📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments for mining and energy sites.
• Lead emergency response teams in firefighting, rescue operations, and hazardous material handling.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and emergency response plans.
• Provide training and guidance to local emergency services and community members.
• Utilize advanced firefighting equipment, including fire trucks, hoses, and extinguishers.
• Coordinate with local authorities and international partners to enhance emergency response capabilities.
• Monitor and report on safety incidents and near-misses to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with national and international safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fire Science, Emergency Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in firefighting, emergency response, or a similar role.
• Certification as a Firefighter or Emergency Response Team (ERT) Specialist, preferably from recognized institutions like the National Fire Academy (USA) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, emergency response procedures, and hazardous materials handling.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proficiency in using firefighting equipment and emergency response tools.
• Familiarity with the mining, natural resources, and energy sectors, including their unique safety challenges.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and make quick decisions under stress.
