📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient vehicle usage.,Monitor vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.,Handle vehicle repairs and servicing, coordinating with authorized service providers.,Manage vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and mileage records.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other team members as needed.,Conduct regular fleet audits to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
