📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage all aspects of HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Oversee the GA department, ensuring efficient administrative and financial operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.
  • Lead and mentor the HR and GA teams.
  • Provide strategic advice to senior management on HR and GA matters.
  • Handle employee grievances and disputes.
  • Participate in budgeting and planning processes.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HRBP and GA roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Proven track record of successful HR and GA management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and GA software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
