As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team by assisting with various HR functions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.,Support the HR team in administering employee benefits and compensation programs.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings and managing HR calendars.,Assist in conducting employee surveys and feedback sessions.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
