📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals.,Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Follow all health and safety regulations.,Work with the kitchen staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.,Assist in the development and implementation of new recipes and menu items.,Participate in inventory management and food cost control.,Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
