📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain all accounting and financial records,Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations,Prepare and submit financial reports to management,Oversee the work of junior bookkeepers and ensure quality,Handle bank reconciliations and payroll processing,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes,Provide financial analysis and advice to management,Maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting,Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with payroll processing and tax compliance,Leadership and team management experience
