📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee the maintenance and repair of store equipment and facilities,Manage a team of maintenance technicians and ensure that all maintenance work is completed on time and to a high standard,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures,Conduct regular equipment inspections and identify areas for improvement,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure that all maintenance parts and materials are available,Ensure that all maintenance work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and standards,Provide training and support to junior maintenance technicians,Monitor and report on maintenance costs and efficiency🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a maintenance technician,Experience in managing a team of maintenance technicians,Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment repair,Familiarity with safety regulations and standards,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation🛠️ Keahlian
