📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and lead a team of restaurant staff, including supervisors and servers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and handle customer complaints effectively.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using restaurant management software and POS systems.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and culinary preferences is a plus.
