📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Oversee the training and development of new employees, ensuring they are well-prepared to perform their roles effectively.,Evaluate training needs and design programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on best practices and industry standards.,Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs are relevant and impactful.,Provide feedback and coaching to employees to help them grow and develop their skills.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our training programs are current and effective.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices.
