📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in managing daily operations in a luxury hospitality setting
• Support front office and housekeeping teams to ensure guest satisfaction
• Contribute to the food & beverage department by assisting with inventory and service
• Work with Cezanne and Opera software to streamline operations and improve efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills
• Assist in event planning and coordination to support special occasions
• Contribute to the overall success of the hotel by staying proactive and solution-oriented

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospitality role, preferably in a luxury setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Cezanne and Opera software is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service
• Fluency in English, with knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia a strong asset
