PT Dinamika Sinergi is looking for a dedicated Procurement Staff to join our team in Tegal. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of materials and supplies, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and a passion for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery of materials and supplies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.,Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the best possible terms for the company.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and potential cost-saving opportunities.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to track spending and identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
