📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage costs.
  • Ensure that all food and beverage offerings meet quality standards and comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Train and develop staff to ensure they meet the high standards of our restaurant.
  • Monitor sales and profitability, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
  • Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and welcoming for all customers.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement them in the restaurant.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and other restaurant management software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Passionate about the food and beverage industry and committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
