Lead and manage front-end CPIE RAM (RDA & Metrology) Detection projects, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient supplier engagement.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of supplier engagement processes.,Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in semiconductor manufacturing.,Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians to ensure continuous skill development.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in the semiconductor manufacturing process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the semiconductor industry.,Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and technologies.,Proven track record of leading and managing projects in a complex and dynamic environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical challenges.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
