QUARK Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, operated, and utilized efficiently. This position offers a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment in Ciputat, Banten.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and other equipment.,Ensure vehicles are maintained and serviced according to manufacturer specifications and company policies.,Oversee fuel management, including ordering, tracking, and reporting on fuel usage.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient vehicle utilization.,Monitor vehicle performance and identify areas for improvement.,Manage and maintain vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and maintenance records.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support and guidance to junior fleet coordinators and other team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
