📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver schedules.,Ensure all vehicles are well-maintained and comply with safety and environmental regulations.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns related to the fleet.,Monitor fuel consumption and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.,Participate in the development and implementation of fleet policies and procedures.,Ensure all vehicles are equipped with necessary safety and security features.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify any potential issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
