Food One Unggul is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food production facility, ensuring that all processes are running efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies that drive operational excellence and support the company's growth objectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the food production facility, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.,Manage and mentor a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure that all equipment and machinery are properly maintained and calibrated to meet safety and performance standards.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and other supplies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the food manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards, including HACCP and ISO standards.,Proven track record of successfully managing and improving operational processes.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze production data.,Familiarity with food production equipment and machinery, and a commitment to maintaining safety and performance standards.
