📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality products and services.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.,Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for the clinic.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Analyze purchasing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the finance team to manage budgets and ensure cost-effective procurement.,Provide regular reports and updates to the management on purchasing activities and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and contract management.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
