Archetype Engineering And Industry Consultants is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP) to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems and a proven track record of successful project delivery within budget and on schedule.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction projects.,Monitor project costs, identify cost variances, and implement corrective actions to ensure projects are completed within budget.,Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify the accuracy of cost data and ensure compliance with project specifications.,Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure cost-effective project delivery.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.,Provide cost advice and recommendations to project teams, ensuring optimal use of resources and cost savings.,Prepare and submit invoices, payment requests, and other financial documents to clients and stakeholders.,Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quantity surveying and cost management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on MEP systems.,Proven track record of successful project delivery within budget and on schedule.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction industry, regulations, and standards.,Proficiency in cost estimation software and financial reporting tools.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
