Manage and optimize cash flow and bank operations to ensure smooth and efficient financial transactions.,Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Develop and implement treasury strategies to support the company's financial goals.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making processes.,Build and maintain strong relationships with bankers and financial institutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in treasury management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in treasury analysis or a similar role in the fintech industry.,Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.,Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with bank operations and cash flow management is a plus.
