📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.,Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, and videos, to keep our audience interested and informed.,Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to maintain a positive brand image and customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns.,Analyze social media metrics and performance to measure the success of our efforts and make data-driven decisions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our content is relevant and effective.,Assist in creating and managing social media ad campaigns to reach a wider audience and achieve our marketing goals.,Conduct regular social media audits to ensure our content aligns with our brand guidelines and values.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts and growing engagement.,Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.,Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with social media advertising tools and platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
