📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure a pleasant and efficient shopping experience for customers by maintaining a clean and well-organized store.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and contribute to the overall success of the store.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and implement strategies to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.,Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure the availability of quality products at competitive prices.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers and community stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store, including driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior is an advantage.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
