📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of legal professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.
• Oversee the development and implementation of legal strategies to support business objectives and mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including those related to data protection and environmental sustainability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in legal and compliance roles.
• Proven track record in managing legal and compliance functions, with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of legal professionals.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate legal and compliance risks.
