Tanggung Jawab:
Develop and implement tourism strategies to enhance the region's appeal and boost visitor numbers.Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the tourism industry.Collaborate with local stakeholders, government agencies, and international partners to drive tourism growth and sustainability.Oversee the development and management of tourism infrastructure and facilities.Monitor and evaluate the performance of tourism initiatives and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.Represent BDTB in national and international tourism forums and events.Promote Bangka Belitung as a premier tourism destination through marketing and promotional activities.Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in tourism development, strategic planning, or a related field.Proven track record of success in developing and implementing tourism strategies.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence others.Proficiency in English and local language (Indonesian).Familiarity with tourism industry trends, best practices, and technologies.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.🛠️ Keahlian
