In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for all things PC hardware, assisting our customers in Jakarta Raya with troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote desktop tools such as TeamViewer and AnyDesk.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for desktop and laptop computers.
• Assist customers with system upgrades, including installing new hardware components and updating drivers.
• Document and maintain detailed records of all support activities and customer interactions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest hardware trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with the product development team to identify and address hardware-related issues.
• Train and mentor new team members on technical support processes and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in computer technical support or a similar role.
• Proven experience with PC hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Proficiency in remote desktop tools such as TeamViewer and AnyDesk.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
